In addition, it aims to generate learning and understanding to inform future school leadership development in tonga and elsewhere.
Tonga’s Government and church school system have been consulted on the draft concept for this program and have express their keen interest to be included. The design has been joint collaboration between the Institute of Education-USP (IoE) and the Pacific Leadership Program (AusAID). It has been support by the Ministry of Education, Women’s Affairs and Culture (MEWAC), Tonga Secondary School Principals Association, Civil Society Forum of Tonga (CSFT) and AusAID in the Australia High Commission (Tonga)
